Proof of Residency

D76 uses a third-party service for automatic address verification. No further documentation is required if your address is successfully verified. If the third-party service is unable to verify your address, our registrars will reach out to you for additional proof of residency. Please refer to our Proof of Residency Requirements page for more information.

Required Proof of Residency Documents

1. Photo Identification of Parent/Guardian/Legal Custodian (driver's license, state issued ID, passport)
2. Proof of Occupancy of Residence in District 76 (lease agreement, bill of sale for residence, mortgage coupon or property tax bill). Those living with others need to provide a notarized form letter obtained from District 76.
3. Current Utility Bill with Custodian's Name and Address (gas, electric, phone, water) Bills older than 30 days will not be accepted.
