Happy Summer
Dear WOIS Families,
Thank you for a wonderful year, as strange and difficult as it has been. You have shown us grace, supported us, and flexed with us each time a change occurred. I wish all of you a happy summer, and I look forward to seeing you when school resumes in the fall. I’m looking forward to seeing all of the students in person, even our current 5th graders, as they will be just down the hall. Enjoy everything that you do this summer and I hope that you are able to make-up for lost time with family and friends from the past 15 months. Thank you for being there for us at WOIS.

Summer School Bus Riders
Summer school students will be using the yellow bus lanyards for self certification in order to board the bus to summer school. If your child is attending summer school and riding the bus, please keep your child's yellow bus lanyard and have it worn each morning of summer school. If you need to have your child's lanyard replaced, please contact the summer school office at [email protected].

Covid 19 Vaccination for 12 year olds and older!
Mundelein High School will host a COVID-19 vaccination event for anyone 12 years of age and older, from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 27. Approximately 52 people can receive the Pfizer vaccine every 50 minutes during the event. The second dose will be given at the same place and times Thursday, June 17. Those interested must sign up online at https://kordinator.mhealthcoach.net/vcl/1620774299333. Vaccinations will be administered in the North Gym at the high school, 1350 W. Hawley St. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Estimadas Familias,
Gracias por un año maravilloso, tan extraño y difícil como ha sido. Nos has mostrado gracia, nos has apoyado y nos has flexionado cada vez que se producía un cambio. Les deseo a todos un feliz verano, y espero verlos cuando la escuela se reanude en el otoño. Estoy deseando ver a todos los estudiantes en persona, incluso a nuestros actuales estudiantes de 5to grado, ya que estarán solo al final del pasillo.
