When: May 21, 2021 from 8 am - 1 pm.
Children must live within the boundaries of Diamond Lake School District.
Children 3 to 4 years old who are not currently in our school pre-k program are eligible to come in for screening for enrollment for the next school year.
Developmental Screening Components Consist of:
- Hearing/Vision
- Speech/Language Skills
- Cognitive/Academic Skills
- Social/Emotional Skills
- Self-Help Skills
- Health History/Developmental Skills
- Brief Parent Interview
