Join us at Mundelein High School on Tuesday, July 30th from 9 am to 4:30 for our Health Fair provided by Advocate Children's Hospital. During the event we will have free vaccines available for students 4-18 years old (Medicaid or do not have insurance) as well as physical exams for school and athletics.
