Ronald McDonald Care Mobile
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is coming to West Oak on September 25th from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. They will be providing physicals and immunizations to our students who have state-funded insurance and to students who have no insurance. Please complete all the paperwork sent home with your child. The students who attend Fairhaven and Diamond Lake will need to be driven by a family member to West Oak to be seen. Please contact your student's school nurse with any questions.

Bus Route Tracker (Updated 8.31)
Durham has shared with us that the bus tracker app is now operational. Please enter “Grayslake” for the city, as this is the city that the bus routes originate from. Your child’s ID number has been emailed to you. Using the email that is on file with the school office, we have sent your child’s ID number to be used in the app. If you did not receive your ID number, please update your email information with the school office. You can find information on the app here:

Nut Allergy Restriction Reminder
Please remember that nuts and products made with nuts are not allowed at Diamond Lake School. Please make sure that these food items are not sent in with your child.

PTO needs Oktoberfest Volunteers
Volunteers needed! Please volunteer an hour of your time to help with the PTO's booth at the VH Oktoberfest on September 22 from 3-9pm. The PTO will be selling popcorn and candy and all proceeds will go to support our schools with items such as field trips and teacher grants. Innovative Learning Child Care for Wednesday, 9.19.2018
Dear Fairhaven Innovation Learning Parent,
Wednesday, September 19 is a full day off of school. If you need care for September 19, please enroll on the parent portal by 11:59 pm on Friday, September 14. You will be notified on Saturday, September 15 if we do not reach our minimum to be open.

Ellos van a proveer physicos y inmunizaciones a nuestros estudiantes que tienen aseguranza financiada por el estado y a estudiantes que no tienen aseguranza. Favor de completar todo los tramites que son enviados a casa con su hijo. Los estudiantes que asisten a la Escuela Diamond Lake o Fairhaven tendrán que ser manejados por algún familiar a la West Oak para que los vean. Favor de comunicarse con la enfermera de la Escuela si tiene alguna pregunta.

Rastreador de Autobus
Durham a compartido con nosotros que la aplicación rastreador de autobús está ahorra operativa. Favor de poner “Grayslake” para la ciudad, ya que esta es la ciudad donde las rutas de autobuses empieza. El Número de ID de su hijo ha sido enviado por correo electrónico a usted. PTO necesita voluntarios para el Oktoberfest
Necesitamos voluntarios! Por favor ofrezca una hora de su tiempo, para ayudar con los puestos del PTO en el Oktoberfest de VH el 22 de Septiembre de las 3-9pm. El PTO va vender palomitas y dulces y todos los ingresos se van a apoyar a nuestra escuela con cosas como paseos y donaciones para maestras. Estimados Padres de Fairhaven Innovation Learning,
El Miércoles 19 de Septiembre no hay escuela. Si usted necesita cuidado de niños para el 19 de Septiembre, favor de registrarlos en el portal de padres antes de las 11:59 pm el Viernes 14 de Septiembre. Usted será notificado para el Sábado 15 de Septiembre si no alcanzamos nuestro mínimo para permanecer abiertos.
