Professional development is coordinated for certified and noncertified staff to support district priorities, instructional improvement, student support, compliance, and staff effectiveness. Professional learning is designed to be practical, relevant, and connected to the needs of educators, students, and schools.

Recruitment, selection, and hiring processes are supported to help District 76 attract qualified staff members who reflect the mission, values, and culture of the school community. This includes coordinating hiring procedures, supporting administrators, maintaining personnel practices, and helping the district recruit and retain talented educators and support staff.

Employee certification, licensure, approvals, endorsements, and related personnel records are monitored and maintained to ensure staff meet applicable state requirements. This work supports accurate, current documentation that aligns with district, state, and federal expectations.

Title IX coordination supports the district’s commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and nondiscriminatory learning and working environment. This includes coordinating related procedures, providing access to required forms, and ensuring that concerns are addressed in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and district protocols.
