At West Oak Middle school students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular athletics and clubs throughout their middle school experience.  Please keep in mind that certain sports must adhere to grade level requirements.  The grade levels for each sport are listed below.  Students must have a current/updated sports physical on file prior to trying out or participating in any interscholastic sporting program.  Students and parents may check with the school nurse to verify if they meet this requirement.
