Drop Off: Please follow the drop off loop to have students exit the vehicle by the sidewalk to walk to the WOIS front doors.  Please do not drop off students prior to 7:40 (9:15 on Later Arrivals) as supervision will not be available until then.

Pick-up: Please follow the full loop, turning by the playground. We will be staging the lead car along the sidewalk up toward the Intermediate School entrance.  

Please refer to the map to help guide you when picking students up at school:

Every Day Pick-Ups: Identify yourself and the student you are picking up by having your designated number visible.  We will release your student to you.  DO NOT leave the vehicle unattended in the pick-up line.

Call-in Pick-Ups: Call in to school to provide the name of the person picking up the student, as we will ask for a photo ID.  The pick-up supervisor will ask for the ID.  Children will not be released to anyone not on the list or without a photo ID.

Walkers: All designated walkers will only be those students that live within the West Oak Campus neighborhood.

Call-in Walkers: Call in to school to inform the office that your student will be walking home that day.  

YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE BY 12:30PM THE DAY OF TRANSPORTATION CHANGE.  
Students arriving after 8:00am or being picked up before 2:55 will need to be signed in/out in the office.

Visitors: If you are parking to visit the West Oak Campus, dropping off a student late, or picking up a student early, please park in one of our designated VISITOR parking spaces
