In hopes of helping eighth grade students and their parents prepare for their transition to high school with interest and excitement, our parent group, The MHS Mustang Ambassadors will be hosting a meeting at 6:30 pm for students and parents on February 13.
The meeting will be held at:
West Oak Middle School
500 Acorn Lane
Mundelein, IL
The purpose of the meeting is to promote MHS and answer any questions you may have.
During the meeting, a short video about student life at MHS will also be shown. While parents
hear from the groups, the students will meet separately with an MHS student group, Link Crew.
New freshmen each year meet regularly with Link Crew students who help them navigate
through their first year of transition from middle school to high school. The student meeting will
conclude with the MHS students teaching the incoming freshmen the MHS Fight Song.
