Dear Diamond Lake 76 Staff and Friends:
The Diamond Lake School District 76 Board of Education has solicited the expertise of BWP and Associates to conduct a professional search for my successor as Superintendent of Schools. To that end, the Board has charged BWP and Associates with creating a brief survey for District staff and constituents to be able to provide input regarding desired traits and skills for Diamond Lake’s next leader. All members of the Diamond Lake 76 community are encouraged to complete the survey on or before January 30, 2015. Once the survey window closes, BWP consultants will organize the survey data and provide the Board of Education with a summary of results and insightful information that will be used to inform the decision process. I strongly encourage all District stakeholders to complete the survey for this most important endeavor.
