National Junior Honor Society Induction Service

As part of the induction ceremony, five candles were lit to highlight the core values of the Society: citizenship, service, scholarship and leadership. The students performed at least 20 hours of volunteer service, maintained A's and B's, and demonstrated character in order to maintain their membership. Many volunteered to help at the Barnes and Noble book fair where they wrapped gifts, helped with games and face painting at the Fall Fest, prepared and packed food for Feed My Starving Children, organized a Coin War in order to raise money to donate to the Village of Mundelein Police Statue Fund, and participated in various other events.
