Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Friday, February 16th between 10:00am and 6:00pm. Please find the online sign-up here. Some of our classrooms are piloting Student Led Conferences. If your child will be participating in a Student Led Conference, your child’s teacher will let you know.
Did you buy a yearbook yet?
There is still time to purchase your child’s 2017-2018 yearbook. It is full of memories from this school year. Order forms are available in the school office or online by clicking here.
Snow Play at Diamond Lake School
Now that the snow is falling, and sticking, the students will want to play in it. In order for students to play in snow, the need to wear ALL of the following: Coat, hat, gloves, snow pants, and boots. If students have all of these items on at recess, they will be allowed to play in the snow. Students are invited to build, and play, but throwing of any snow is not permitted.

Nut Allergy Restriction Reminder
Please remember that nuts and products made with nuts are not allowed at Diamond Lake School. Please make sure that these food items are not sent in with your child.

PTO Valentines Dance Rescheduled
The Valentines Dance has been rescheduled due to the weather. The new date will be Friday, March 2nd.

BPAC Meeting
BPAC meeting will be held at West Oak Middle School from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 22nd.
Kindergarten Orientation
Kindergarten orientation will be held at Fairhaven School on February 28th at 7:00 PM. Parents who will be having a child begin Kindergarten in August, 2018 are invited to a presentation about the kindergarten screening process and what to expect in kindergarten.

Conferencias de padres y maestros
Las conferencias de padres y maestros se llevarán a cabo el Viernes 16 de Febrero entre las 10:00 am y 6:00 pm. Por favor encuentre la forma para inscribirse en linea aqui. Algunas de nuestros salones están tratando una nueva forma de conferencias donde los estudiantes dirigen la conferencia. Si su hijo va a participar en una conferencia dirigida por el estudiante, la maestra de su hijo le dejara saber.
Ya compraste un Anuario?
Todavia hay tiempo de comprar el anuario de su hijo del 2017-2018. Esta lleno de memorias del año escolar. Formas para ordenar están disponibles en la oficina de la escuela o en línea.
Jugar en la nieve en la Escuela Diamond Lake
Ahora que la nieve empezó a caer, y se esta quedando, los estudiantes van a querer jugar en ella. En orden de que los estudiantes puedan jugar en la nieve, ellos necesitan todo lo siguente: chamarra, gorra, guantes, pantalones para la nieve, y botas. Si los estudiantes tienen todos de estos artículos en recreo, se les permitirá jugar en la nieve. Los estudiantes están invitados a construir, jugar, pero aventar nieve no esta permitido.

Recordatorio de restricciones debido a las Alergias de cacahuates y cualquier tipo de nueces
Por favor acuerdense que nueces y productos que contengan nueces no son permitidas en la Escuela Diamond Lake. Hemos estado encontrando dulces de halloween que contienen nueces en los almuerzos de los niños. Por favor asegurense de que estos productos no sean enviados con sus hijos.

Orientacion de Kinder
Orientación de kinder se llevara acabo en la escuela Fairhaven el Miércoles 28 de Febrero a las 7:00pm
Los padres que tienen un hijo que va a empezar el kinder en Agosto, 2018 esta invitado a una presentación sobre el proceso de selection de kinder y qué esperar en el kinder.
