District Facilities Survey
This survey is part of the Diamond Lake 76 - Master Facilities Plan
The goal is to collect data through direct surveys in order to benchmark the perceived conditions of the facilities by those who are most familiar with them. This score will be used to help evaluate facility needs. For the purpose of this survey, responses are being solicited from school administrators, staff, parents, middle school students and community. These questions are intended to be simple for most people familiar with the schools to answer. They do not require any special technical knowledge. If you are uncertain about any specific question, please check "Don't Know".
